Make A difference
Management Africa Got Talent Project (M.A.G.T.P) began its journey in 2016 under the initial name of Managemente Synergy. Our organization was founded with a clear vision: to discover, nurture, and promote talent across Kenya. Spearheaded by our esteemed chairman, Samson Njoroge, we have consistently worked towards unearthing hidden gems and providing them with the platform they need to shine.
Early Beginnings
The foundation of our organization in 2016 marked the beginning of an ambitious journey to transform the talent landscape in Kenya. Our early years were dedicated to building a robust mentorship program and developing strategic partnerships to support emerging artists.
Official Launch and Key Milestones
Our official foray into the public eye came on October 30th of last year, when we launched our first event under the banner of Managemente Synergy. This landmark event was a resounding success, leading to the discovery of Tezrah Malia, an incredibly talented artist who has since become a prominent figure in Kenya's music scene.
Building on this momentum, we organized another significant event in December in Samburu County, where we uncovered yet another rising star, Lil Cushite. Through our dedicated mentorship program, we have guided these artists, providing them with the tools and opportunities necessary to thrive in the competitive music industry
Becoming an Official Organization
This year marked a pivotal moment in our history as we officially became an organization. This formal recognition has empowered us to expand our reach and enhance our impact, further solidifying our role as a cornerstone of talent development in Africa.
Community Outreach and Cultural Promotion
At M.A.G.T.P, our mission extends beyond talent discovery. We are deeply committed to enriching our community and preserving Kenya's rich cultural heritage. In line with this commitment, we launched Safaribenga last month in May. Safaribenga is an original tone that celebrates Kenya's musical roots, blending traditional sounds with contemporary influences to create a unique auditory experience.
